The Power of Perception: How to Enhance Your Life

 


In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to get caught up in the constant need to express oneself. But what if, instead of focusing on expression, we focused on perception?

In contrast, expression is the act of communicating our thoughts and feelings to others. While both are important, perception has the power to enhance our lives in ways that expression cannot.

As spiritual teacher, Jaggi Vasudev, explains, "Perception is enhancement of life, not expressed." This means that by focusing on how we perceive the world around us, we can gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for it. This, in turn, can lead to greater contentment and fulfillment in life.
